How can I track my order? Once you order ships, We provide you with a tracking number for your order. You will be receiving it within a few days depending on where you are and the shipping method chosen.
Can I pick up my order at one of the warehouses?  No we do not allow customer pickups. Our warehouses are not open to the public.  We also do not offer a showroom.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?  Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
Do you ship out of the country?  No, we only ship within the USA.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?  No, we only ship to the lower 48 United States.
Do you ship COD? No.
Do you offer free shipping?

What shipping method do you use?  Yes on certain orders or as a special discount.  
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?  Use this map:

This map shows you when your blank order will arrive based on your location. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, or most major holidays.
What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?  If your order was undesirable and returned to our warehouse, please refer to the returns section of our website.
Do you have a minimum order?  No.
Will I be charged sales tax?  Our company is based in the state of Maryland, so sales tax will be charged if you live in Maryland.  If you live in the other 49 states, there is no sales tax.
Do you offer volume discounts?  Yes we do. 
How do I place my order?  Orders can be placed on our website through our secure checkout page.  If you have a problem checking out, please email us at sales@thebandsstuff.com
Do you sell to individuals or just businesses?  Yes we sell to individuals as well as businesses.
Is an account required to purchase?  No account is required for general purchases. For bulk purchases you will need to set up an account.
If a product is out of stock, how long until it is back in stock?  Our website inventory is updated daily so please keep checking back to see when products are back in stock.
If I have a business resale license can I get a discount?  No we offer discounts based on the quantity of your order.
What payment options do you offer?  Our payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Do you accept School or Government Purchase Orders?  Not at this time.
 Can I return or exchange an item?  Yes, please click here to review our returns/exchange policy.
Are all of your items 1st Quality?  Yes all of our items are 1st Quality.  We do NOT carry irregulars or seconds.
Do you offer screenprinting or embroidery services?  
What are your hours of operation? Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 EST.  However you can place an order on our website thebandsstuff.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you email us after hours, a representative will be back in touch the next business day.
Is this website safe and secure?  Yes. We have gone to great lengths to make our website secure.  We never sell your personal information.
